Kowloon Park is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Kowloon Park was formerly a British military base named Whitfiled Barracks. Kowloon Park officially opened in June of 1970.

The park has several gardens including a Chinese Garden, Sculpture Garden, and rose garden. Also at Kowloon Park, there is a swimming pool and sports centre. While the park is free, there is a fee to use the swimming pool and sports centre. There is also a walking trail, children's playground, and soccer field located in Kowloon Park. Bird watching is a popular activity at Kowloon Park.

Kowloon Park is a peaceful place to visit and relax.
