A division of the Food Science department of Cornell University, the Cornell Dairy Bar serves ice cream manufactured in-house at the university, made with milk from the university’s own cows. They serve a variety of flavors in cones, bowls, sundaes, floats, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and more at affordable prices. The ice cream has a smooth texture and buttery aftertaste, and is some of the best around. At peak hours on hot days, there tends to be a long line because of the dairy bar’s popularity, so it’s wise to plan ahead!
