Dashi-Chaduke EN emphasizes on a “high-class Japanese-style fast food” way of serving customers. Chaduke (or “Cyazuke”) is made by pouring Japanese green tea or dashi over cooked rice with toppings (e.g. nori, kelp, etc). Their chaduke are usually served with seafood (tuna, sea bream, salmon, etc), chicken and pork. Vegetarian chaduke are also available. Ordering is to be made through a self-service machine.
A chaduke set includes chaduke, 2 side dishes and pickled. A large serving of extra rice is free of charge.
They also sell onigiris and dashi (used in Japanese cooking).
